Shiji sets new benchmark with 100+ hotel PMS rollout for a single group completed in two months
Complex multi-property rollout demonstrates Shiji’s capability to execute high-volume PMS deployments without operational disruption
Berlin, Germany, Mag 21, 2026 – Shiji, the global leader in hospitality technology, today announced the successful completion of a 100+ property management system (PMS) rollout across in a two-month record. The project demonstrates the strength and maturity of Shiji’s cloud-based Daylight PMS as an enterprise solution capable of supporting complex, multi-property environments and high-volume deployments without compromising stability, performance, or guest operations.
The rollout was preceded by an extensive planning and preparation phase that laid the foundation for execution. Based on this groundwork, the implementation was delivered across six structured go-live waves, each further divided into daily sub-waves. This disciplined approach enabled multiple properties to be deployed in parallel while maintaining system reliability, data integrity, and operational quality, proving Shiji’s ability to execute coordinated deployments at scale across large hotel portfolios.
The first rollout wave began in late Ottobre, with the final property going live in mid‑Dicembre, meaning the entire deployment across more than 100 hotels was completed in just two months. On average, seven hotels were onboarded per day, with peak days seeing up to nine properties go live.
Given the scale of the project, one of the most significant challenges involved certifying new integrations, executing data migrations, and accommodating diverse operational requirements across the hotel portfolio. To manage this complexity, Shiji structured the programme into dedicated workstreams, supported by cross-functional task forces involving specialists from multiple departments. This model enabled subject-matter experts to focus on their respective areas while maintaining overall alignment through central coordination and governance.
“Executing a rollout of this size requires more than strong technology,” said Alfredo Goldin, Senior Project Manager at Shiji. “Clear workstream structuring, disciplined governance, and transparent communication across all stakeholders were critical to managing complexity and delivering a successful outcome.”
A strong understanding of the customer’s business, combined with clear and consistent communication, proved critical to managing the project’s complexity and maintaining delivery timelines.
The successful rollout underscores Shiji’s ability to support hotel groups at scale and deliver enterprise-grade PMS implementations across complex, multi-property environments, informing its approach to future large-scale deployments worldwide.
